The harbour crane is out of commission, consequently there is no way of putting the booms in place at the harbour entrance in storm conditions. This may result in 'surging' within the harbour through the autumn/winter period. You need to make your own decision about how important this is and whether to keep your boat moored in the harbour over this period.
