Wash down facility.	To eliminate the frequent overspill and ponding of water around Granary. Improve efficiency of hosing of craft leaving the water.
Traffic management scheme	To ease seasonal car parking at harbour and to provide access facility for harbour area users.	Suggested scheme to be reviewed and confirmed.
Harbour master’s workshop	Provide facility for HM to perform local refurbishment activity and to support harbour users.	Review suitability of ex Pumphouse building and provide equipment.
Refurbish ex swimming pool accommodation	To provide useable accommodation for harbour use or let.
Harbour crane	To provide a lifting facility for harbour craft, ie. engines, masts, equipment etc.	Consider replacement of existing crane with high lift, hydraulic alternative
Harbour master’s office	To improve security of HM office by installing toughened glass, new door and lockable cabinet.	Completed
CCTV	To contribute to installation of CCTV around the harbour area as part of NB Community Council initiative throughout NB	Approx £1300 Winter/Spring 2007/2008 Discussions taking place with SSC (Tom Brock)
Dinghy Park reorganisation	Rationalise parking of dinghies within the DP Area. Increase dinghy parking and establish demarcation and holding down facilities.	Winter/Spring 2007/2008
Galloway’s Pier Upgrade	To improve mooring facility of pier walls. Improve personnel access to pier and establish safe access.	Also await outcome of ELC survey of status of pier.
