The lifting operation will commence at 08.30 and should finish at about 16.00, during this period there will be no access to the dinghy park except between 12.30 and 13.00 to allow sailors who intend to race to move their boats to the beach.
If there is no access to the dinghy park when you come ashore boats can be parked in the spaces opposite the granary store, and moved back to the dinghy park after the crane operation has been completed.
The lift operation is potentially dangerous if you are not part of the team carrying out the lifts you must not enter the lifting area.

North Berwick RNLI are offering a free lifejacket clinic at our Open Day where you can learn useful tips on how to choose, fit and maintain your lifejacket or buoyancy aid under the supervision of our trained volunteers.
There will also be the opportunity to discuss the different devices that can be used for calling for help
